The “Heuriger” are Austrian wine taverns where you can appreciate local and regional wines of the current year. Traditionally a variety of delicious, rustic, local snacks and dishes can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to the wine.
Our wine menu offers a wide selection; from the young wines of central and eastern Austria to various classic French vintages, not forgetting that a cool lager is always available. Enjoy the casual atmosphere.
Hearty Heuriger food is served from the traditional buffet. Choose between typical Austrian or Mediterranean dishes. Artisan breads, salads, smoked salmon, roast beef, stuffed Pork belly, and our exceptionally good steaks. All products are from our own home farm or regional produce, prepared passionately by our chefs.
Whether you want a quiet glass of wine or a get-together with friends and family, the Friesacher’s Heuriger has the right setting. The tavern style restaurant or outside veranda are open summer and winter and will not fail to offer a wonderful experience. For even more authenticity book a table in our “Troadkostn” room. The warm summer months can also be whiled away under the beautiful chestnut trees in the garden.
